Friends/Allies: Siobhan more or less considers everyone her friend until they do something to change her mind about it, and it takes quite a lot to make her withdraw her more or less universal offer of friendship. Even people who "should" be her enemies for faction reasons will probably receive nothing but kind treatment from her.
Enemies: Siobhan doesn't have enemies. No really. Maybe some people consider HER an enemy but it is not very likely that she feels the same.
Relationship status: Single
Notable physical characteristics: She has a lot of scars pretty much all over her body because her skin scars easily. She's also very skinny to a degree that might make some people worry. Might also be worth mentioning that she is not exactly tall. Somewhere around 5'3 or 160 cm.
Notable magical characteristics: She's an empath, which is an ability that she has inherited from her meta human father.
Offensive subjects: Well, sad things make her sad but there isn't much that is going to shock her anymore.
Warnings: Ridiculous amounts of fluff? And if you don't want to hear about little kids getting harshly bullied let me know and Siobhan will not talk about that part of her past with your character.

IC permissions
General physical violence: Sio really isn't a fighter so she is bound to get pretty badly beaten up in any fight, so we'd have to do some planning there.
Injuring this character: Fine with most things that will heal eventually but if for some reason you feel like a thread would result in serious injury let's talk about it first.
Torturing this character: I'd need a good plot reason for it to happen.
Killing this character: No.
Mental/emotional torment: Not hard to inflict on her but let's talk about why it's happening before we put the girl through hell.
Physical intimacy: Siobhan is a cuddlebug and will touch and hug people a lot, sometimes forgetting that she should ask permission first because she feels so close to them already because of the empathy. As for something of a more sexual nature that all depends but feel free to try some flirting. She'll blush a lot.
Romance: Not opposed at all if that's the way things end up going. She has no gender preference whatsoever.
Using magic on this character: Sure, she's a witch so she might be able to defend herself but go for it.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Why not, she tends to say what's on her mind anyway.
Using mind control on this character: I'd rather you didn't but I'm not sure how good she'd be at preventing it.
